## Overview

A day of team games and friendly competition for the whole company, with events for every fitness level.

A sports day mixes people who rarely work together into teams and gives them a shared goal for a day. The events should be easy to understand, safe and varied enough that everyone can contribute, not just the athletes.

We plan a mix of relay races, tug of war, obstacle courses, inflatable games and quieter challenges such as puzzles or archery. Teams get colours and points, and the day ends with a medal ceremony. We handle the venue, equipment, referees, first aid, catering and transport.

Around Istanbul we use sports complexes, large parks and beach venues. Resorts in Antalya suit a sports day as part of a larger company event.
